My name is Karen French and I am an Advanced Practitioner in EFT, META-Health, META-Kinetics  and I am a Reiki Master.

I am an experienced Energy Therapist and I have successfully helped many people overcome their issues by helping them to understand their unconscious patterns and how this has impacted on their lives.

My main focus is to assist and empower you to make the changes you need to help you overcome the obstacles that are affecting your quality of life. I will be using the Meta-Health framework and other specialist therapies such as EFT, META-Kinetics, Reiki, Energy Healing and other advanced techniques to help you to achieve the changes you wish to make. I run my therapy practice from my Yurt in my garden on the outskirts of Wootton, Bedfordshire.  Environment is an important factor and the space I have created will add to your therapeutic experience. I live in the countryside so if you have issues around transport, then we can discuss the best way for you to access my services.
