I am an integrated health practitioner and have over 10 years therapy experience. My goal has always been to achieve change, health and transformation for my clients.

Whilst studying NLP, my trainer, Terry Elston, introduced me to META-Medicine® and I went on to train in META-Medicine® with the world leading and truly inspirational IMMA Trainer and Health Coach, Richard Flook. Richard is responsible for introducing META- Medicine® to the UK and I am lucky enough, not only to him as a friend, but also a mentor and teacher.
META-Medicine® has truly transformed my therapy practice and enabled me to change my clients’ lives. This amazing tool unravels the previous mysteries of the body and can answer all the questions you may have about your illness, pain or disease. If you have ever asked questions such as
“why did I get this condition?”, “why me? Why now?” META-Medicine® can give you these answers and provide the key to the returning you to balanced health.
I am very proud to be one of the few META-Medicine® Health Coaches and Trainers in the UK. I am accredited with the International Meta Medicine Association and work with therapists and health coaches worldwide.
By using the META-Medicine® principles and creating therapy plans to address health on a bio-social-psycho level, my clients are supported in a truly integrated way; incorporating alternative therapies and allopathic medicine that specifically address their disease or pain process.
In addition to practising META-Medicine® I am a practitioner in a number of transformational therapies including Reiki, NLP, EFT, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy.
